Chantal Brown
Chantal leads on supporting the agronomists and farm advisors across our regions. Working alongside the local and central LENs teams, Chantal co-designs the LENs programme measures, payment rates and training and advice programmes for the UK and Europe.
She is an accomplished eco-agricultural advisor with twenty years of proven experience in the conservation and agriculture sectors. Combining an Environmental Science degree with post-graduate agricultural studies, she brings an analytical and comprehensive approach to sustainable and regenerative land management.
Chantal specialises in advising, supporting, and monitoring land managers as they transition to agro-ecological approaches. Her work is focused on delivering multiple objectives with farmers, public sector bodies (such as Natural England) and corporate clients (such as Severn Trent). Her experience includes securing up to £3.5 million in funding for estates.
